The modules allow you to take a quick position on a given situation and save time. The information provided does not bind BestCaliber Sàrl and/or Pizalor in any way.
Generated Answers
The answers provided come from artificial intelligence engines and may contain errors. However, regular and thorough testing is carried out by our team to ensure the highest possible quality level. All answers are focused on the HR field and must be used exclusively for this purpose.
Answer Validation
We encourage you to review the answers obtained in order to validate them and, if necessary, adapt them for your own use. Legal validation may be necessary, and in some cases strongly recommended or required depending on the situation and the modules used.
Answer Accuracy
The answers provided are as accurate as possible. Some AI models, depending on the modules used, may generate incomplete or unclear answers. To ensure the highest quality, you are encouraged to be as precise as possible when describing the case.
Liability
The modules provide users with a first level of response, often sufficient to handle a given case. However, their use in relation to a concrete situation remains the sole responsibility of the user, who, after reviewing the answer, decides whether to apply the proposed solution. BestCaliber Sàrl or Pizalor cannot be held liable for any inappropriate use of the answers provided.
Subscriptions
Subscription Types
You can choose between several types of monthly subscriptions. Some subscriptions are intended for private individuals, with modules specific to personal use, while others are designed for companies, with modules tailored to business use.
Subscription Principles
Subscriptions provide access to modules for private individuals or companies for a defined period. This period begins as soon as the selected subscription is purchased. A number of monthly credits is then allocated to the user.
Individual vs. Business
Subscriptions for private individuals are intended for personal use, for example for someone seeking employment. Private-user modules include 30 monthly credits.
Subscriptions for companies are intended for business use, for example to handle an employee conflict case. Business modules include 50 monthly credits.
Acquisition of additional or multiple licences
Registered users may renew their subscription. Should any usage days remain at the time of renewal, these days will be carried over and credited to the new subscription, provided that the subscription type remains unchanged (private or professional). Any additional licence purchased is strictly non‑refundable.
Registered users may also purchase a new licence or several licences. When acquiring licences on behalf of third parties, you will be required to provide the email address of each designated recipient. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information provided. In the event of an incorrect email address, we decline all liability, and no refund will be granted. Our support team may be contacted should any issue arise.
Two licence types are available, for private and professional use. Once the purchase has been finalised, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Credit Usage
Number of Credits
Credits are automatically renewed at the beginning of each month, provided an active subscription exists.
Private users: 30 monthly credits
Companies: 50 monthly credits
Monthly Credits
The credit system is designed to prevent automated or abusive use of the system.
Automatic Monthly Credit Renewal
At the beginning of each month, the user is credited with the maximum number of credits allowed by the system, provided a valid subscription exists for that month.
Users who have run out of credits may reactivate them by purchasing a new pack in the online store.
Data Protection
Recommendations
Using the modules implies the transmission of data “on the fly” to third parties, often located outside the EU. This data is used to generate the answer and may, in some cases, also be used to train the AI.
It is strongly recommended to transmit only the data necessary to process the case, avoiding personal data such as name, surname, address, phone number, social security number, etc. Anonymizing data is considered best practice when using the system.
The data transmitted is never stored on our servers, but may be used by third parties for AI training.
Please follow anonymization recommendations to ensure maximum protection of personal data when applicable.
Information Transmission
Information transmitted through the modules is never stored on our servers. It may be used by AI engines for training purposes. The transmission of sensitive information remains the responsibility of the user.
Formal Acceptance
By checking the “check box” to activate the submission button, you agree to transmit the data shown in the submission window to third parties for analysis. Do not forget to anonymize the data.
Transmission Responsibility
Once you accept by checking the box on a module, you become fully responsible for the type of information transmitted.
Service Availability
Service unavailable
The service may be momentarily unavailable due to system updates. We strive to perform these updates during off-peak hours.
The service may be unavailable for a longer period due to more general network issues (outages) beyond our control.
In all cases, BestCaliber Sàrl cannot be held liable for these service interruptions.
