1. Login

If you are already a customer—individual or business—with an active subscription, you can log in using the menu bar. If the login option is not visible, it may be located under the (+) icon on the right side of the menu bar.

2. I want to subscribe

You can subscribe by creating a new user account on our website. Go to the Tools page and click “I want to subscribe.” You will then be redirected to the Shop, where you can select the subscription that best suits your needs. .

3. Remaining credits

Each subscription includes a predefined number of monthly requests. You can view this information on a module’s page when submitting a request (lightning icon). Once the request is completed, your remaining credits will appear at the bottom of the page. If you reach your monthly credit limit while your subscription is still active, your credits will automatically reset on the first day of the following month.

4. Individuals and Businesses

We offer subscriptions for individuals, which include modules specifically designed for personal use. Business subscriptions include modules tailored to HR management within a company.

You can access the detailed Terms and Conditions by visiting the Shop and selecting any subscription. A link to the Terms and Conditions of Sale will redirect you to the full document.

6. Personal data

Any personal data contained in the text you copy into our modules is processed transactionally. The data transmitted through our system is not stored on our servers. Please note that third‑party providers (AI engines) may be located in other countries with their own data‑protection laws. By using our AI tools, you agree that your data may be transmitted to these third parties. Some data may be used for the training of third‑party AI models.

7. Additional modules

Can’t find the module you need? We regularly update our list of modules with new additions. If you require a specific module that is not yet available, feel free to contact us so we can assess its feasibility and relevance for inclusion.

9. Purchase of additional licenses

a) If you are an existing registered customer and intend to acquire an additional licence, the number of days remaining on your current licence will be automatically carried over and added to the validity period of the new licence.

b) If you intend to purchase several licences of the same type, the purchasing process will require you to provide the email addresses of the recipients. Each designated user will receive an email informing them that a licence has been allocated to them, along with an activation link.

10. Results obtained

Results generated using these modules may vary, notably because:

  • Results are created on the fly and will never be strictly identical, although the core content remains equivalent.
  • File compatibility: Data from uploaded or dropped files may occasionally be misread, particularly with PDF formats containing columns that do not follow a "logical" reading order. Whenever possible, please use plain text (.txt) or Word (.doc or .docx) formats.

The results provided offer a primary level of information which, depending on the module, may be sufficient for decision-making. However, in case of doubt, it is strongly recommended to have the results validated by a subject matter expert.

11. Module availability

The modules and services are accessible 24/7. However, the system may occasionally undergo updates, or specific modules may be temporarily in "update" mode. These interruptions are transient.

Should the modules remain inaccessible for an unusually long period, it may be due to temporary network or internet outages caused by technical reasons beyond our control.
